"Still a Soft Place" - scrapbook layout with washi and fabric tapes
Hi Love My Tapes fans! JJ here again with another CHA layout. This time with washi and fabric tapes.
For the blue circles, I placed strips of washi tape on scrap cardstock, then used circle punches. The flowers were created in a similar fashion, only this time with fabric tapes, and a die-cutter. Easy ways to make your tapes take centre stage.
Thanks for visiting!

"My Two Ninjas" - scrapbook layout with washi tapes
Hi Love My Tapes fans! JJ here, with a fall / halloween layout. If you were at CHA this month, you might have seen it at the LMT booth. ;)
A little early for fall pages? Maybe... but my guys play dress-up year round, so it doesn't seem strange to me. :)
The washi tapes pair well with book paper.
And a few leaves, die-cut from product packaging, finish off the theme.
Thanks for visiting!

Sweet lace...
Hey there bloggers !
Rita Barakat here!
Here is a sweet little card I made with this
Love My Tapes
pink lace tape.
If you haven't checked out the lace tapes - warning you will get hooked!
I remember how frustrating it was to try to get adhesive on the ribbon- not to mention
lace! This lace already has on the back! SO easy to use!
(And who doesn't love a little lace?)
Sometimes a little detail like lace or ribbon just
ties it all together for you!
***
So are you creating???
Well don't forget to enter those creations in our July challenge!
You have 5 days to enter!
Good luck!

Thanks
Hi! Kathy Martin here today to share a project using some of the gorgeous Love My Tapes fabric tapes.
When I applied for a design team position here at Love My Tapes I was so excited to get to work with washi tapes and I hadn't realized that they also sell fabric tape! Well, I'm hooked! I love these beautiful patterns, pretty colors and the texture they add to my projects!
For this card I layered some card stock strips onto my card base and then stitched the sides. Once the sewing was done I applied the tapes. I also used more fabric tape to make a couple mini flags. Those little wood dowels are from Wilton. I believe they're for small lollipops.
The tapes I used for this project include:

Just look at that face....
Hello everyone! Tina here today with another doggie layout + washi and fabric tape! I had so much fun using the washi and fabric tape on this layout, in one of my all time (and super easy) ways of using tapes. Layer, layer, layer!
Washi and fabric tape are so great for creating layers, without the bulk. I used the following tapes on this layout...
Brown Stripe Fabric Tape
Black and White Dot Washi Tape
Aqua Grid with Tiny Hearts Washi Tape
Red and White Dot Washi Tape
Here's a close-up of each tape.
and some close-ups of my layout. (Paper and embellishments from Crate Paper)
That's all for today! Post those layouts on our Facebook page. I can't wait to see them!
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great one!

Celebrate Summer!
What can you do with Die cuts?
Color them of course!
I colored these fun popsicles spaces in with my colored pencils,
making sure each ice cream it's own yummy color!
Of course no card is complete without a little ribbon and
Love My Tapes
always has every color you can imagine!

Love My Tapes July Challenge
Happy Friday Love My Tapes friends! Tina here today with the July challenge and another washi tape card to get you started. Last week, I shared a cute clown card that I created using some of my favorite Love My Tapes washi tapes.
When creating that card, I shared a technique of punching shapes using washi tape and using the negative of the punch instead of throwing the negative out. The card I want to share today uses the punched shape.
I used one of my favorite washi tapes, Red Diamond. Using a star punch, I punched the washi that I had placed on a scrap piece of paper.
In addition to the washi star, I used more of the Red Diamond washi as a coordinating accent layer on the left side of the card.
The use of the washi tape was subtle, but it creates such punch of color.
Here is a picture of both cards, so you see how I used both the punched shape and the negative.
The challenge for July is to create a project (layout, card, altered project) using STARS! The project must contain washi tape and stars to be entered in the challenge.

I hope you enjoyed my share today and get a chance to play along.
You have until July 25th to link up your projects! The winner will be announced on July 27th and the winner will receive an assortment of Love My Tapes products.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful week!

Best Friends
Hello! Happy July Fourth! Kathy Martin here with you today to share a funky Love My Tapes card. If I had been thinking ahead of time, I would have created something a little more patriotic. Instead, I was in the frame of mind to do something a little different. What do you think?
To create this design, I added a strip of black/gray stripe washi tape (in stores soon) to my card base and used it as a guide to pencil in the diagonal lines. Once the lines where in place I was able to line up a second piece of tape.
Before I erased the pencil lines, I used an awl to pierce holes for hand stitching. You could use a sewing machine too. So what do you think? Funky? Fun? Do you like it? I hope it sparks some ideas for new ways to use washi tape! And I hope you have a little time to escape to your crafty space and play!
Kathy :)

"First Baby Doll" scrapbook page with Washi Tape and a little lace.
Hi Love My Tapes fans! JJ here again with a simple layout.
A little mist, some unloved chipboard and a bunch of washi tape made for a layout that came together in a jiffy. I used the washi tapes to cover the plain chipboard shapes:
I added a little lace tape for softness on this baby layout.
The washi tape is a little flexible, so it's easy to wrap around the edges for a clean finish.
Thanks for visiting!

Washi Tape - red argyle (#905), purple geometric (#005), mint grid, blue/green chevron
