Diecutting Washi Tape

Hi everyone, Katie here! Today I'm sharing this cute card + a fun technique that I've learned. I used the LMT tape runners to adhere my paper and vellum down on to my card base. Then I added a bit of watercolor and 2 strips of the yellow plaid fabric tape. After that, I needed a sentiment, so I used the black polka dot washi tape and my Brother ScanNCut diecut machine to create one. Scroll down to see how!

1.  Place strips of washi onto a piece of white cardstock, lining them up.
2. Place the cardstock down onto your diecut mat, load it into your machine and cut out your design.
3. Adhere your sentiment down onto your card.

Have you ever diecut washi tape like this? It's a fun technique! If you don't have an electric diecutter, you could trace a design onto the back of the cardstock, and cut it out by hand.
