Love My Tapes + Authentique Paper = AMAZING!

LOVE MY TAPES & AUTHENTIQUE PROJECT INSPIRATION
FALL BLOG HOP
Love My Tapes and Authentique Paper are getting crafty over the next couple of days to bring you tons of inspiration using Love My Tapes and Authentique Paper!

To get you into the holiday spirit, we will be sharing projects from the LMT DT on the Love My Tapes blog, and the Love My Tapes Design Team will be sharing additional projects with you on their blogs with a Fall Blog Hop.
Be sure and stop back every day this week for more Love My Tapes/Authentique inspiration!
Today, we will be sharing a couple of layouts by the LMT DT.
First up is Rita.  She combined several of our favorite collections – 'Genuine' by Authentique and the ‘With Love’ Washi Tape by Love My Tapes.  Don’t these look fabulous together?

Next up is Mary Ann.

She is getting us ready for Halloween tomorrow with a fantastic layout, featuring herself.  :)  Isn't she sweet?  She combined the wonderful Halloween collection, 'Enchanted',  and the 'Black Lace' washi tape by Love My Tapes.

Here's what Mary Ann had to say about her layout...
I just love the Enchanted collection from Authentique, and especially love how well it worked with these "vintage" photos from 1970, and the vintage looking washi tape! I did some layering with the cute stickers, and added in a strip of washi behind my photos. Truth be told, I was too afraid that year to go trick-or-treating, so the night before Halloween I had some of the neighborhood kids over to carve pumpkins. It's definitely a Halloween I want to remember, so I added a little pocket to the back of the layout and included the story about Halloween the year I was 6 years old. Oh the memories

That is just a warm up.  Hopefully you are ready for some more Love My Tape and Authentique ispiration.  Let’s start the HOP.  Shall we?
Be sure to stop by all blogs for a chance to win some Love My Tape goodies.
After you have checked out the projects on the DT blogs, be sure to head on stop back here on the Love My Tapes blog and leave a comment for a chance to win some fabulous Love My Tape product!

Washi Tape anyone?

Hey bloggers Rita Barakat here!
The kids are back in school (yay!) and already I am thinking
what am I going to do with all that artwork? After all

So I came up with a mini album! How about taking a
picture of your budding artist
and filling the pages with pictures if their beautiful artwork?
Of course I had to decorate mine, (but you could let the
kids do it) I will add their pictures as I get them!

Here is this totally cute washi tape I used from Love My  Tapes!

Here is a sweet little card I made with this
Love My Tapes
pink lace tape

I remember how frustrating it was to try to get adhesive on the ribbon- not to mention
lace! This lace already has on the back! SO easy to use!
(And who doesn't love a little lace?)

You never know when it might come in handy!

Polkas!

Hey there bloggers!
Rita Barakat here with a layout using a
self adhesive fabric sheet and the matching fabric tape
in polkas! If you look on the top of the page you can see where
I cut the fabric tape in half, length wise to make a
wavy border. The circle mat was cut from the fabric sheet.
There are always so many options and
it's so convenient that it is adhesive backed!
Hope you are having a wonderful day!

Sweets anyone?

Sweets anyone?
Hers is a sweet and simple card using ribbon and fabric from Love My Tapes!
The yellow looks like a wide ribbon but actually
there are two yellow pieces on the top and bottom of the pink polka ribbon.
The cupcake liner is also made of fabric and a thinly cut piece of the polka ribon.

Happy Birthday!

                                                                Isn't that sweet?
Hey bloggers! Rita Barakat here!
Today I am actually at CHA (I scheduled this post ahead of time)!
On this card I layered the yellow gingham and pink polka
Love My Tapes (ribbon) to make one large strip.
I used adhesive backed fabric from
Love My Tapes for the cupcake liner as well.

Here's another quick and easy idea for decorations!
Got tags?
As you can see I cut the green polka Love My Tapes (ribbon)
in a wavy line and used it to frame the pattern paper!
You could use this as a banner and
make small ones and put them on cupcakes!

Just the right touch!

You know when you finish a layout and it is missing something?
It seems like lately I reach for these beautiful lace tapes from Love My Tapes!
and it's the perfect touch! They go with all types of projects and I love that
I don't have to add the adhesive and get it all over the place (except where I
truly want it!) because it's already on there and it stays where I put it!

What to do with fabric ribbon!

I am having so much fun with Love my Tapes -
this is fabric ribbon with the adhesive already on the back!
This one is called Chloe polka dots
and it matches Ta Da's papers Goody Two Shoes collection perfectly!
The album is from Clear Scraps.
Crinkling up your ribbon makes a great accent and
because there is already adhesive on the back it makes it super easy to do!
If you haven't checked out these tapes, you should -
they have almost every color you can think of!
Happy crafting!

Just Dance!

Hey bloggers!Rita Barakat here sharing a project  here with a fun project!
One of the things I love about "Love My Tapes" are the self adhesive lace ribbons!
They are gorgeous, there are colors to match everything and the adhesive never shows!
I used the light pink  Love my Tapes lace tape, the color is a perfect match!
Lately my baby girl has turned into a mini ballerina and this pretty light pink
is the perfect color for your tiny dancers!

Image of 1 pack lace tape - 12mm x 2M - Light Pink

I also used the Goody Two Shoes collection from Ta Da Creative Studios,
Prima flowers, tulle, wired pearls, Momenta and American Crafts Alphas.
(The heart shape was a cardboard display form a retail store- they were
going to throw it out! My oldest salvaged it! She knew I would use it! What a good girl!)

This will be perfect for baby girls room.

I think she gets it.
Do you scrap your hobbies? Or your kids hobbies?
