Wedding Mini Album with Love My Tapes

Hello blogging friends. Marcia here today with a mini album I created with some Love My Tapes washi tape. My daughter was recently married and I've been wanting to create a mini with some of my favorite photos.

Here is how I created my mini. Using the Heart Album die, I cut out 4 from box board and 8 from cardstock, I painted the edge of the box board with white paint. When dry, I adhered the cardstock to the boxboard.

I selected some pattern papers, these are from the Pretty Little Studios You & Me collection that are available in the Clique Kits store.

I die cut the hearts for my album.

I used my Xyron Creative Station to adhere all of these diecuts  to the mini albums pages.

To bind the pages together I created a spine with cardstock scored at every 1/4". I glued one side of each album page to the spine.

I then covered the spine with my Love My Tapes washi tape on the outside and the inside pages.

Then I could add my photos and embellishments. Here are the rest of the pages ...

I used the same washi tape on the inside pages but here I cut the tape in half lengthwise. This created a better proportion for my mini.
